Event Booking Terms and Contitions

1. Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required for each booking. This deposit must be paid to guarantee all bookings. All bookings are regarded as tentative until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation

All notices of cancellation must be received in writing. In the event of a cancellation within 7 business days before the date of the function, a cancellation fee of equal to the deposit amount will be charged.

The full amount of your function will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

If an event is foured an be nceled by Sol Padel, a refund to the ful value wil be given.

3. Final Payment

Full payment is required business days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made with Sol Padel and this arrangement is in writing.

4. Prices

All prices are subject to change until a deposit is received and the final event order has been finalised. All prices are GST inclusive.

5. Loss or damage to property

Clients are liable for any losses suffered or damage caused to the facilities of Sol Padel because of either careless or reckless behaviour by the client or any of their guests. The person responsible for payment of the event will be liable for the cost of any damages incurred

6. Food and beverage

Sol Padel is licensed to serve alcohol until 10:00pm. No alcohol sales will be conducted following this time.

No external alcohol may be brought onto the premises.

All beverages supplied by Sol Padel are to be consumed on site.

Food brought into the venue must be discussed prior to the event.

Cakes for celebrations are permitted.

7. Payment

Invoices are issued via Square for payment of the deposit and other charges to the nominated email address.

Additional charges can be paid via eftpos on the day of the event, such as bar tabs and incidentals, or invoiced to nominated email address - please discuss this with Sol Padel team member.
